If you are eating just to feed hunger, rushing, and stuffing everything down, then getting up and rushing off, are you getting full benefit and absorption from your meal?
Taste and enjoying the meal is key, furthermore, what happens after the meal is even more important. To get 100% out of your meals, digestion requires your system to be at peace at least 20 minutes after you eat. Don’t just get up and go. It’s an important time to just sit and be still.
