Frequency of the Week: Balance

Every week a different frequency will be made available to you, each with a meaning. By tuning in, you can activate that part in yourself that is connected to this. Take a few deep breaths, focus on the centre and feel what it does with you.
As humans we often look at what we don’t have as opposed to what we do have. We easily allow ourselves to be distracted by the outside world, where we often look at other people’s success. In this way we burden ourselves with doubt and bring ourselves out of balance.
Wouldn’t it be easier if you could accept that you are perfect just the way you are? When you can stay with your own feelings and your own truth, nobody or nothing can unbalance you.
