Conscious Expression By AndreJ Majer
Anger is the inability to cope with changes that are not in line with our expectations. The cause of anger with unexpected changes, however, is the unhealed emotional body. The trauma and all the unexpressed pain within us, masks our spirit and acts as a defense mechanism that protects us from experiencing a painful experience again.
When we act out of the spirit, we never get angry because we accept everything exactly as it is. Acting from the spirit is acting in a child’s curiosity and wonder in exploring everything we experience in the present moment. However, when we operate in a state of defense mechanism or ego, we collect learned experiences from past events and project them into the future.
In this state we try to control and force everything and at the same time we miss all the beauty of the present moment. That is, the ego feeds on the memory of pain from past experiences and is afraid to experience that pain again in the future.
We can starve him in such a way that we express these memories on paper and burn them. Instead of old memories, we create new pleasant memories. Let’s do what we’ve always wanted to do. When if not now. Let’s awaken the child in us and paint new pleasant memories. In each new moment, there is a new opportunity for us to make changes that are beneficial to us.
The past does not exist. It can only exist as a memory. It is up to us to choose how we will respond to this memory. All that exists is the present moment, and our choices in that moment determine our path, which leads to the myriad of next possible present moments, which we call the future. What kind of future we want to create in this present moment, however, depends on us.
We create everything we experience for ourselves, the only difference is whether we do it consciously or unconsciously. There is no problem in awareness that cannot be solved. Problems are essentially moments of indecision and stagnation in the unconscious state. But life teaches us awareness and unconditional love. The more we resist this school, the more we suffer and get angry.
