The spin isn’t real.  You have the power to make it stop with a snap of your fingers. 

Command your Higher Self into your vessel at 100% embodiment in the Present Moment of Now,  immediately and for all of Eternity.

You will need to build your strength to hold it. To anchor in your true Essence will take all of your Divine Inner Strength, and once you master that, it will Be, forever.  Use the tools, do the practices MotherFather God has given us.  These are for the heavy lifting it requires to build up the soul to the level it has to hit to anchor in your true Essence, and to maintain each level-up achieved.

Stay off of social media in these Moments as it pertains to searching for answers.  Negative energies are very strong and will steal your positive vibrations. It requires too much energy to reel it in – this energy has to go towards your inner work.  Soul work, period.  Surrender and trust – leave the details to God – you have all the answers you seek.  

You will be given opportunities to assist your brothers and sisters as a part of your soul’s evolution.  Bypassing is self-importance.  Cut chords, shields up, go all in to the experience.  Stay present.

Ask your Angels for a break in the lessons if you require one.  The density being pulled from within is the deepest of our contracts, as it has been there for our whole lifetime.  Meditation and resting consciously will help you stay in Integrity and Alignment.  Discern when to push and when to process.  Honor the feelings as they come; put concentrated energy into ceremonies to transform and release.  Level-up, and ask your Angels to hold some space to rejuvenate with the intention of beginning again when you have filled up your cup.  Divine Integrity is key.

Stay connected.  Stay present.  Keep going.  Your Angels, Ancestors and Guides are standing by to assist.
