WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE A WARRIOR? 

PERSEVERANCE.  Perseverance to keep fighting for what is right, when only a few see what you see.  Perseverance to keep going when it appears there is no end.  Perseverance to keep going even when it hurts – even when you have lost everything.  Perseverance to do the work that no one else will do.  Perseverance to do whatever it takes for the greater good when all odds are against you. Perseverance to keep pushing to transform your weaknesses without allowances from your peers because giving up is not an option.

INNER STRENGTH. Inner strength to sacrifice your own comfort – to walk away from a life you thought was comfortable and stable – to living every day in the Unknown. Inner strength to love yourself enough to know that all the words said to break you down are just words that indeed can never hurt you.  Inner strength to work every day on becoming the grandest version of yourself with no exceptions, no days off, no paycheck, and NO FEAR. Inner strength to help others and put them before yourself.  Inner strength to take the leap of faith.

FAITH.  Faith that no matter what lessons we are faced with, in the end it will be better than ever.  Faith that all you’ve lost will be returned.  Faith that the ones you love will see the truth.  Faith that you ARE strong enough, that you ARE worthy, and that everything is going according to a plan that you yourself can’t see.  Faith that you ARE making a difference.

Warriors are all around you.  They fight for justice, for truth and for LOVE.  They deserve your respect, compassion and support, especially when you don’t see what they see.  This is what unconditional love requires.
